CreatorRev.ai Beta User & Revenue Share Agreement

By checking the agreement box and submitting this form, you ("You", "Creator", or "Beta User") enter into a binding legal agreement with CreatorRev Corporation ("CreatorRev", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of https://creatorev.ai/.

1. About the Beta Service

We provide you with ready-to-use, high-conversion TikTok Shop videos designed to drive sales. This is a private beta program.

2. TikTok Shop Partnership & Revenue Share

You agree to:

• Accept the official TikTok Shop collaboration invitation sent by CreatorRev to your TikTok account.
• The revenue share for sales generated from videos provided by CreatorRev will follow the official TikTok Shop split set in the collaboration invitation.
• You understand this revenue share is automatically settled by TikTok's official system.

3. Content Usage Rules

All videos provided by CreatorRev.ai remain the intellectual property of CreatorRev Corporation.

You may only:

• Post the videos directly to your registered TikTok account
• Use them for organic TikTok Shop promotion

You may NOT:

• Edit, sell, distribute, or license the videos
• Use them on any other platform
• Use them outside of this beta program

4. Communication & Delivery

You agree to receive videos, updates, and support via:

• Email
• WhatsApp

5. Beta Terms

This is a test program. We may adjust:

• Video delivery frequency
• Product selection
• Features and terms

We will notify you of important changes.

6. Privacy

• We only collect and use your information to operate the beta service.
• We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

7. Electronic Signature & Legal Effect
